Tenuta San Jacopo is a historic Tuscan estate founded in 1737 in Cavriglia, straddling the Chianti Classico and Valdarno Superiore regions. It covers 140 Hectares located at about 300 m.s.l. , of which 40 are vineyards, 20 of olive groves, and the rest of woods, entirely converted to the Organic method of cultivation since 2003. Within the Estate, there are 3 cores: the winery and the farm house with swimming pool, the nucleus of the residential houses of Camponovo, and Villa Castiglioncelli with its surrounding tuscan houses. It is located in the municipality of Cavriglia where a new 18-hole golf course is being developed and will be operational from 2025. Also to be opened from 2026 is the new Cavriglia Sports Village, a 150-hectare sports facility that will feature tennis, soccer, basketball, and volleyball courts, two swimming pools, and a water park. From 2025 the old 18th-century Villa Castiglioncelli, will be available for setting up weddings and private events.
